TEEN SUICIDE ON AN INCREASE! CAN I HELP IN BRINGING ABOUT A DECREASE?

In addition to prayer, what can I do to STOP our TEENS, CHILDREN, FRIENDS and LOVED ONES from taking their lives?

Listening to the news this evening, I learned that the teen suicide rate has increased.

There has been a 30% increase in boys 15-19 years old and a 40% increase in girls 15-19 years old.

The two main causes are-FAMILY STABILITY and CYBERBULLYING.

From a study, It was noted that teens using electronic devices numerous hours per day are more prone to committing suicide. (Parents/guardians let's check on our children)

Let's take the time to be more AWARE/ALERT/CONSCIOUS of the people (teens, children) around us, the people we live with, associate with. Those in our church, school, on the job, in our neighborhood and on our block. Let's love on them, encourage them, befriend them, give then a complement, and most of all, ask God to give us the Spirit of DISCERNMENT so that you can see the PAIN & HURT BEHIND THAT SMILE.

TOGETHER WE CAN, AND WILL BRING A DECREESE IN SUICIDAL DEATHS, IN JESUS NAME!
